Robyn Rihanna - also known as Rihanna is a Barbadian pop singer, songwriter and musician. There have been hits like Pon de Replay, SOS umbrella and Take a Bow. She is a very popular artist in her prime teens, she's sold more than 41 million albums and 150 million songs around the world, making her one of the most successful artists of all time. Born in Barbados she grew up listening to reggae, and she began singing while she was young. She was irritated by the chaos in her home, as well as the constant fights among her parents. Thus, she started to immerse herself into music. In high school she was a part of a band group and was then invited to sing for Evan Rodgers. The producer was impressed by her talent. Her peppy foot-tapping songs were the most popular with teens, which led her to enter the film industry also. Rihanna is a young and skilled woman, who is now a style icon and a teenage celebrity.
